For measurements, use a tape measure to determine:

• Waist – The waistline is above your belly button and below your rib cage. Keep the tape relaxed for the best results.
• Hips – Keep your heels together while measuring around the fullest part of your hips (just below your waist)
• Inseam – From the crotch to the base of your leg, including the cuff, measure the inside of your leg.
• Chest – Drop your arms to your sides to measure the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.
• Sleeve – Holding the tape at the center of the shoulders, measure the end of your wrist with the tape just under the nape of your neck
